Louis XV style longcase clock, of French origin and manufacture in the 19th century, with magnificent and detailed ormolu bronze applications.

The piece is crowned by a bronze figure of the Greek god Kronos, a reference to his dominion over time. The bronze appliqués also depict two cherubs blowing, the figure of a face within the sun, characteristic of French monarchical culture, and lions' heads at its sides.

As for its interior, it is upholstered in burgundy silk, with beautiful floral embroidery.

Materials: Jacaranda, Macassar, Rosewood and Bronze.

Origin: France.

Dimensions: 70 x 37 x 265 cm high.

Condition: In good condition, commensurate with its age and the passage of time. Some minor wear and tear on the ormolu. It will be delivered with maintenance and is in working order.
